KBH Global Community Rules

Welcome to KBH Global.

KBH Global is a global community for exchanging business information, including publishing business information, exchanging product supply and demand information, discovering suppliers and buyers, showcasing businesses and discussing business matters.

To enable users from different countries and regions to exchange business information safely, honestly and in an orderly way, all users must comply with these Community Rules when using KBH Global.

These Rules apply to all users and user content on KBH Global, including but not limited to:

9) Other content published, uploaded, displayed or distributed through KBH Global.

Together with the Terms of Use, these Rules form KBH Global’s platform governance rules.

These Rules have two parts: Part One contains the Rules of Conduct (CR-1 to CR-12), and Part Two contains the Governance Procedures (GP-1 to GP-18).

For content or conduct that violates these Rules, KBH Global may request changes, issue warnings, hide or remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, cancel business showcases or take other reasonable measures, depending on the nature, severity and reach of the violation, the user’s history and the associated risks.

For clearly unlawful conduct, serious fraud, major safety risks, minors’ safety or other circumstances requiring immediate risk control, the platform may first take temporary measures such as hiding content, imposing restrictions or suspending accounts, followed by further review.

The public rule numbers in these Rules explain to users the grounds for a violation finding.

Specific internal rules, keyword lists, thresholds and technical parameters used for automated detection, risk assessment, keyword matching, model assessment or other safety measures are not information that must be disclosed publicly.

Relevant users must independently assess whether their business activities are lawful.

2) Claiming to represent a nonexistent business;

3) Logos;

Rights holders may report suspected infringing content through the channels provided by KBH Global.

Complainants should provide enough information to identify:

1) The relevant rights;
2) The allegedly infringing content;
3) The complainant’s relationship to those rights;
4) Other reasonably necessary materials.

Reported users should have a reasonable opportunity to provide authorization, the basis of their rights or other counter-evidence.

Malicious complaints, forged evidence of rights or misuse of the intellectual property complaint process against competitors are themselves violations.

CR-4.5 Repeat infringement

Where valid complaints have repeatedly been made against a user and the platform has confirmed intellectual property infringement upon review, KBH Global may take stricter measures, including restricting relevant features, suspending the account or terminating it.

Whether conduct constitutes repeat infringement should be assessed collectively with reference to:

1) Confirmed valid infringement records;
2) The number of infringements;
3) Their severity;
4) Whether the user voluntarily corrected the issue;
5) Whether deliberate or repeated evasion occurred.

Users must not automatically be classified as repeat infringers merely because unconfirmed complaints have been made against them.

CR-8 Hate, harassment, threats and physical harm

Disagreements, negative reviews, price disputes or differing opinions in business exchanges do not automatically constitute harassment.

However, users must not use KBH Global for hate attacks, persistent harassment, serious insults, threats or encouragement of real-world harm against others.

CR-8.1 Hateful content

Encouraging violence, severe discrimination, dehumanization or other hateful acts based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, disability or another legally protected characteristic is prohibited.

Objective comparisons of countries, regions, markets, industries or products in ordinary business discussions should not automatically be treated as hateful merely because they involve relevant groups.

CR-9 Platform focus: non-business political, religious and public-issue content

KBH Global is a global business information community, not a platform for news, current affairs, political activism, religious promotion or public-issue debates.

To maintain the platform’s business focus and reduce risks arising from different legal and social environments, users should keep public content relevant to business, products, supply chains, purchasing, production, trade, industry experience, platform use and related topics.

CR-9.1 Political content

As a general rule, KBH Global may not be used for:

1) Political promotion;
2) Promotion of political parties or organizations;

8) Persistent distribution of political content through product posts, business discussion areas, public profiles or other platform features.

Country names, government departments, laws, customs policies, trade policies, product compliance, sanctions, tariffs or other information directly related to genuine business activities and unavoidably appearing in ordinary business information do not automatically violate this rule merely because they involve government or political contexts.

CR-9.2 Religious content

As a general rule, KBH Global may not be used for:

1) Proselytizing;
2) Organizing religious activities;
3) Religious fundraising;
4) Attacks, insults or incitement of hatred targeting a particular religion;
5) Religious arguments unrelated directly to business activities.

Religious requirements appearing in ordinary product information, such as halal certification, religious goods, clothing requirements, food standards or genuine business needs of a particular market, should be assessed in their business context.

CR-9.3 News and public events

KBH Global does not primarily provide news publishing or public-event discussion services.

Reposted news, social controversies or public-event discussions unrelated to business may be restricted or removed in line with the platform’s focus.

Users may discuss the effects of public events directly related to supply chains, logistics, trade, markets, regulation or genuine business operations, provided the discussion remains business-focused.

CR-10 Spam, malicious promotion and platform manipulation

Users may reasonably publish business information and promote their genuine goods or services, but must not interfere with others’ normal use of KBH Global through mass repetition, deception, automated abuse or manipulation of platform mechanisms.

CR-10.1 Repetitive and bulk spam content

The following are prohibited:

1) Mass repetition of identical or highly similar content;
2) Repeated publication across multiple unrelated categories;
3) Meaningless text, keyword stuffing or excessive tags to increase exposure;

Users may provide genuine, lawful business contact details in permitted places, such as:

1) Profile information;
2) Business profiles;

2) Large-scale repeated posting of QR codes;
3) Using false products or demand to obtain users’ contact details;
4) Forcing traffic diversion through irrelevant content;
5) Fraudulent, phishing or malicious contact details;
6) Distribution of content prohibited by these Rules through contact details;
7) Other conduct clearly constituting spam or malicious traffic diversion.

Users must not automatically be found in violation merely for normally providing genuine business contact details.

CR-10.3 Search, ranking and engagement manipulation

The following are prohibited:

1) Artificially generating fake views, replies, follows or engagement;
2) Buying or coordinating fake accounts to improve ranking;
3) Using automated programs to manipulate search, recommendations or display;
4) Maliciously inflating metrics;
5) Artificially creating false business popularity through multiple accounts.

Without KBH Global’s express permission, users must not use bots, scripts, automated registration tools or other automated means to:

1) Create accounts in bulk;
2) Publish content in bulk;
3) Scrape large volumes of platform data;
4) Bypass normal usage limits;
5) Attack or disrupt normal platform operation.

Exceptions apply to legitimate search engines, authorized technical interfaces and automation expressly permitted by KBH Global.

Users must use accounts honestly, lawfully and without seriously misleading others.

CR-11.1 Impersonating others

Unauthorized impersonation of the following is prohibited:

1) Other individuals;
2) Businesses;
3) Brands;
4) Government or public bodies;
5) KBH Global;

CR-11.2 Usernames and avatars

Usernames, avatars and profile information must not:

1) Impersonate official KBH Global accounts;
2) Impersonate official accounts of other businesses or brands;
3) Contain seriously unlawful or prohibited content;
4) Be used for fraud, harassment or malicious deception;
5) Otherwise seriously violate the Community Rules.

Identical or similar ordinary names do not alone establish impersonation; the overall account information and actual conduct should be assessed.

CR-11.3 Account sales and transfers

Users must not sell, buy, rent out or otherwise transfer KBH Global accounts without permission.

Users must not acquire others’ accounts to evade penalties, pose as established accounts or exploit an account’s existing reputation to deceive other users.

CR-11.4 Multiple accounts

Users may use multiple accounts for genuine, reasonable business needs, such as:

1) Different business personnel within a company;
2) Different lawful business lines;
3) Other genuine business management needs.

However, multiple accounts must not be used to:

1) Pretend to be multiple independent businesses that do not actually exist;
2) Generate false engagement;
3) Repeat spam;
4) Manipulate search, recommendations or rankings;
5) Maliciously report other users;
6) Evade penalties;
7) Repeat violations;
8) Deceive other users.

An association between multiple accounts does not itself constitute a violation; actual use and conduct should be assessed.

CR-12 Evading review, obstructing governance and repeat violations

Users must not deliberately evade KBH Global’s community governance, safety review or penalty decisions already made.

CR-12.1 Evading content review

Deliberately concealing prohibited content through the following is prohibited:

1) Variant characters;
2) Homophones;
3) Splitting characters;
4) Inserting special symbols;
5) Deliberate misspellings;
6) Text hidden in images;
7) QR codes;
8) Coded language;
9) External links;
10) Other methods primarily intended to evade platform detection.

Whether conduct constitutes evasion should be assessed in light of the content’s actual meaning and the user’s behavior.

Ordinary spelling errors, industry abbreviations, product model numbers, multilingual expression or other situations without evasive intent should not automatically be treated as violations merely because their form is similar.

CR-12.2 Evading penalties

After an account is restricted, suspended or terminated, users must not:

1) Create new accounts to continue the same violations;
2) Borrow another person’s account to evade penalties;
3) Republish content already confirmed to violate the Rules through other accounts;
4) Republish essentially identical prohibited content with minor wording changes.

CR-12.3 Interfering with reports or review

The following are prohibited:

1) Threatening reporters;
2) Retaliating against reporters;
3) Fabricating evidence;
4) Deleting, altering or forging key materials to mislead review;
5) Inducing others to provide false testimony;
6) Maliciously coordinating mass reports to disrupt platform governance.

CR-12.4 Repeat violations

When users repeatedly violate the same or similar rules, KBH Global may consider their violation history in subsequent action.

Repeat violations may result in stricter restrictions than a single minor violation.

However, historical records should not automatically replace review of the facts and evidence in the current case.

CR-12.5 Re-registration after serious violations

If users whose accounts were terminated for serious fraud, minors’ safety issues, serious unlawful activities, major safety risks or other serious violations re-register without permission and continue the relevant conduct, KBH Global may again restrict or terminate the accounts concerned.

Part Two — Governance Procedures

GP-1 Principles for handling violations

KBH Global determines appropriate governance measures based on the nature, severity and reach of the content, the user’s intent and conduct, violation history, potential risks and relevant evidence.

The purposes of platform governance include:

1) Stopping violations;
2) Reducing risks to other users and the platform;
3) Maintaining orderly exchanges of business information;
4) Preventing repeat violations;
5) Fulfilling legally applicable platform governance obligations.

Except for serious violations or urgent risks, the platform may prioritize less severe measures according to the circumstances.

For clearly unlawful conduct, serious fraud, minors’ safety issues, major physical safety risks, serious attacks on the platform or other situations requiring immediate risk control, action need not start with the least severe penalty.

GP-2 Levels of action for violations

KBH Global may take one or more of the following measures according to the circumstances:

GP-2.1 Request for changes

For minor issues that may be unintentional and can be corrected through editing, the platform may require users to modify the relevant content.

GP-2.2 Warning

For violations presenting lower risks and limited impact, the platform may issue a warning and require the conduct to stop.

GP-2.3 Hiding or restricting display

The platform may temporarily or continuously restrict the public display, search visibility, recommendations or other distribution of prohibited content.

GP-2.4 Content removal

Posts, replies, images, attachments, profiles, business information or other content confirmed upon review to violate the Rules may be removed.

GP-2.5 Feature restrictions

The platform may restrict users’ ability to:

1) Publish posts;
2) Reply;
3) Upload images or attachments;
4) Use business showcases;
5) Use certain engagement features;
6) Use other platform features related to the violation.

GP-2.6 Account suspension

Accounts may be suspended for a specified period for more serious violations, repeat violations or matters requiring further investigation.

GP-2.7 Account termination

The platform may terminate accounts for serious unlawful conduct, serious fraud, minors’ safety issues, major safety risks, serious penalty evasion or repeated serious violations.

GP-2.8 Action concerning business showcases

Global Businesses profiles, business showcases or promotional content violating the Rules may be subject to:

1) Required changes;
2) Suspension of display;
3) Removal;
4) Withdrawal of the relevant showcase eligibility.

Where K Coin or unexpired platform benefits are involved, accounting treatment follows the Paid Service Rules; they are not automatically confiscated in full because of a community penalty.

GP-3 Emergency action

For content or accounts presenting clear, actual or major risks, KBH Global may take temporary measures before completing a full review.

Circumstances may include:

1) Clearly unlawful goods;
2) Serious fraud or scam risks;
3) Sexual exploitation of minors or serious risks to their safety;
4) Credible threats of violence;
5) Phishing, malware or account theft risks;
6) Content seriously endangering personal safety;
7) Other circumstances that could continue to cause major harm.

Temporary measures may include:

Hiding content, suspending showcases, restricting related features or temporarily restricting accounts.

Temporary measures do not automatically constitute a final finding that a violation occurred.

Where the risk permits, relevant users should still have a reasonable opportunity to receive an explanation, respond or appeal.

GP-4 Reporting

Users who discover content or conduct suspected of violating the Community Rules may submit a report through KBH Global’s reporting channels.

Reporters should provide facts and relevant evidence sufficient to explain the issue, according to the nature of the report.

Reporting materials may include:

1) The post, reply, account or other subject concerned;
2) The reason for reporting;
3) Relevant screenshots;
4) Relevant links;
5) Other materials supporting the reported facts.

The platform may request additional necessary materials according to the case.

Merely expressing dislike or disagreement, or being a business competitor, does not automatically provide a valid ground for reporting.

GP-5 Responsibilities of reporters

Reporters should make reasonable efforts to ensure that information and evidence submitted are genuine, complete and not deliberately altered.

The following are prohibited:

1) Malicious reporting;
2) Fabricating evidence;
3) Deliberately withholding material facts that could change the assessment;
4) Using the reporting system against business competitors;
5) Organizing large numbers of false reports;
6) Threatening to report someone to obtain money, goods or other benefits.

Reporters confirmed to have engaged in seriously malicious reporting may themselves be subject to measures under the Community Rules.

A report ultimately not being upheld does not itself mean that it was malicious. A report should be found malicious only where reasonable evidence shows that the reporter deliberately submitted false content, fabricated materials or abused the reporting mechanism.

GP-6 Notice to reported users and opportunity to respond

For cases requiring an explanation from the reported user, KBH Global may notify that user through on-site messages, their registered email or other means actually provided by the platform.

The notice may include:

1) The reported content or conduct;
2) The relevant Community Rules numbers;
3) The basic reported facts;
4) Relevant evidence the platform can reasonably disclose;
5) The response deadline;
6) How to submit explanations or evidence.

To protect the lawful rights and interests of reporters, third parties and others, the platform may redact, summarize or restrict disclosure of personal information, sensitive information, private contact details or other information unsuitable for direct disclosure within the evidence.

Reported users are not automatically entitled to all original materials submitted by reporters.

GP-7 72-hour response period

Normally, reported users have 72 hours to respond after receiving a report notice.

During this period, users may:

1) Explain the facts;
2) Deny the report;
3) Acknowledge and correct the relevant issue;
4) Submit screenshots, authorization documents, transaction materials or other counter-evidence;
5) Provide other explanations reasonably needed by the platform.

Users unable to respond in time because of time zones, evidence gathering, technical problems or other reasonable causes may request a suitable extension before the deadline.

KBH Global will reasonably decide whether to grant an extension and its length based on the nature, urgency and circumstances of the case.

If the reported user does not respond in time, the platform may continue review based on the materials available.

The 72 hours are the response period during report handling, not the appeal period after the platform’s final decision.

GP-8 Platform review and decision

KBH Global may consider together:

1) Materials submitted by the reporter;
2) The reported user’s response;
3) Evidence from both parties;
4) Existing platform records;
5) Relevant user content;
6) The Community Rules;
7) Necessary technical, security or other reasonable information;

to reach a platform governance decision on the case.

Possible outcomes include:

1) The report is upheld;
2) The report is partly upheld;
3) The report is not upheld;
4) Insufficient evidence;
5) The matter falls outside the Community Rules.

“Insufficient evidence” does not mean the platform confirms that the conduct did not occur; it means only that the materials available do not support the relevant governance action.

A platform decision governs KBH Global’s own community and services. It is not a court judgment or arbitral award, and does not replace users’ rights to resolve disputes through courts, arbitration, law enforcement or other lawful channels.

GP-9 Notice to both parties

After making a governance decision, the platform should notify the user subject to the action of the outcome.

Depending on the nature of the case and privacy and safety needs, the platform may inform the reporter of an appropriate outcome.

As a general principle, the user subject to action may learn:

1) The platform’s decision;
2) The relevant Community Rules CR number;
3) The measures taken against them;
4) The penalty duration, where applicable;
5) Whether an appeal is available;
6) How to appeal and the appeal deadline.

The reporter may learn:

1) That the report has been handled;
2) Whether it was upheld, partly upheld, not upheld, unsupported by sufficient evidence or outside the scope of the Rules;
3) Whether the platform has taken appropriate governance measures.

When giving feedback to a reporter, the platform must not disclose the reported user’s private information, backend records, IP address, email address, private communications or specific penalty details that need not be disclosed.

Either party’s “confirmation” of an outcome means only acknowledgement of receiving the platform’s notice.

Failure or refusal to confirm, or disagreement with the decision by either party, does not affect implementation of the platform’s governance decision.

GP-10 Appeals after a decision

As a general principle, users affected by platform governance measures may request review or appeal.

Users may appeal within 30 days of receiving the relevant action notice.

The 30-day appeal period after a decision is separate from the 72-hour response period in GP-7.

Minor measures such as warnings, requests to edit content, or hiding or removing individual items may use a simplified review procedure.

As a general principle, long account suspensions, permanent account termination, K Coin deductions, cancellation of important unexpired platform benefits or other measures with significant adverse effects on users should be reviewed by a person.

Where legal requirements, technical failures, a user’s reasonable inability to obtain necessary evidence or other special circumstances call for an extension of the appeal period, the platform may handle this according to the circumstances.

Appellants should explain why they believe the original decision was wrong and, wherever possible, submit new evidence, omitted materials or information capable of affecting the original assessment.

Where circumstances permit, reviewers should avoid relying solely on the original decision and should re-examine the relevant facts and evidence.

Appeal outcomes may include:

1) Upholding the original decision;
2) Reducing the penalty;
3) Changing the penalty;
4) Revoking the penalty;
5) Requiring further investigation.

The platform should notify the relevant user of the appeal outcome.

Except where applicable law, significant new evidence or other special circumstances warrant otherwise, the platform may close internal review after a reasonable appeal process has been completed for the same case.

GP-11 Automated tools and human review

KBH Global may use keyword rules, content matching, automated classification, AI or other automated technologies to help identify potentially prohibited content.

Automated tools may be used for:

1) Risk detection;
2) Content classification;
3) Alerts;
4) Temporary blocking;
5) Temporary hiding;
6) Assisting human review.

Automated systems may make errors.

As a general principle, final governance decisions involving permanent account termination, K Coin deductions, cancellation of important unexpired paid platform benefits or other significant adverse effects on users should undergo human review.

This does not limit emergency temporary risk controls, but relevant users should have opportunities for subsequent review or appeal according to the circumstances.

GP-12 Public penalty information

To improve transparency in community governance, KBH Global may provide limited public information on penalties meeting this section’s disclosure standards where the relevant features exist and the law permits it.

Public disclosure does not apply to every violation. The platform may consider limited disclosure only in one of the following circumstances:

1) Permanent account termination;
2) Account suspension for 7 days or more;
3) A major governance penalty for a particularly serious violation of CR-1, CR-2, CR-3, CR-5 or CR-6, or another major violation of comparable nature and risk.

Merely being reported must not be made public.

Cases that have not completed necessary review must not be publicized as penalties merely because a report exists.

As a general principle, public information is limited to:

1) Username;
2) The CR number violated;
3) Penalty type;
4) Penalty duration or current status.

The platform must not disclose:

1) User UID;
2) Reporter identity;
3) Complete evidence submitted by the reporter;
4) IP address;
5) Email address;
6) Private telephone number;
7) Identity documents;
8) Private communications;
9) Backend review materials;
10) Detailed case facts that need not be disclosed to the public.

Public penalty information must not use personal labels such as “scammer”, “fraudster” or “criminal”, or characterizations or factual accusations exceeding what is necessary for the platform’s governance decision.

Public penalty records should be promptly removed when the penalty is revoked.

Public penalty records should be removed when the penalty period ends.

Internal records lawfully or reasonably necessary for security, auditing or assessment of repeat violations are not automatically deleted when public records are removed.

This section does not mean that KBH Global has already enabled a public penalty system meeting these rules. Before such a mechanism is formally enabled, its features must comply with this section.

GP-13 Relationship to business disputes between users

The reporting system and community governance mechanisms determine whether users have violated KBH Global’s platform rules.

KBH Global does not use the community reporting system to adjudicate between users on:

1) Entitlement to contractual payments;
2) Ownership of goods;
3) Compensation amounts;
4) Refund amounts;
5) Liability for product quality;
6) Transport losses;
7) Other business disputes legally to be handled by the parties, courts, arbitral institutions, payment institutions or competent authorities.

For example, based on evidence, the platform may determine whether a user committed fraud in violation of CR-3 and decide whether to remove content or restrict or terminate an account. This does not mean KBH Global determines, in place of a court, how much that user must pay another party in compensation.

Users remain free to resolve transaction disputes lawfully through negotiation, contractual arrangements, payment channels, arbitration, courts, law enforcement or other lawful means.

GP-14 Evidence, privacy and necessary retention

KBH Global may retain case materials and platform records to a reasonably necessary extent to handle reports, appeals, security incidents, repeat violations and platform disputes.

Information may include:

1) Reported content;
2) Reporting explanations;
3) Relevant evidence;
4) Response materials;
5) Appeal materials;
6) Platform decisions;
7) Necessary records related to case security and auditing.

The platform should not unnecessarily disclose personal information to the other party or the public merely because it is handling a report.

The Privacy Policy governs the specific scope of collection, retention principles, user rights and other personal information processing matters.

GP-15 Cooperation with lawful investigations

Where required by applicable law, KBH Global may lawfully preserve or provide competent authorities with necessary information relating to unlawful conduct, security incidents, fraud or other cases.

A platform governance decision does not itself establish a user’s criminal, civil or administrative legal liability.

Such liability is determined by legally competent authorities or dispute resolution bodies.

GP-16 Updates to the Rules

KBH Global may update the Community Rules in response to platform features, community risks, actual abuse patterns, laws and regulations, safety requirements and operational needs.

The platform may add, amend, merge or adjust public rule numbers and specific rules.

For significant changes that may materially affect users’ rights and obligations, KBH Global may notify users through on-site notices, their registered email, page notices or other reasonable means.

Wording corrections, translation improvements, additional examples or adjustments that do not materially change the Rules’ meaning may be made directly.

Where applicable law requires particular notice or consent methods, those requirements apply.

GP-17 Principles of interpretation

The Community Rules should be considered in light of:

1) The content itself;
2) The publication context;
3) Actual use;
4) User conduct;
5) Relevant evidence;
6) The platform’s purpose as a business community;

to arrive at a reasonable interpretation.

Except for high-risk content expressly subject to an absolute prohibition, users should not automatically be found in violation solely because of an ordinary word, normal industry terminology, a lawful product name or a form of expression used without malicious intent.

At the same time, users must not use apparently lawful words, product names or business descriptions to conceal content or conduct that is actually prohibited.

Wherever possible, the platform should maintain a reasonable balance between safety governance and normal business exchanges.

GP-18 Contacting the platform

Users may contact the platform about Community Rules, content governance, reports, appeals or safety issues through reporting and appeal features actually available or the official contact email published on the KBH Global website.

Where the relevant online reporting, response or appeal features are not yet available, users may submit reports, responses or appeals through the official contact email published on the KBH Global website for manual handling. Cases handled by official email are subject to the same basic principles of these Community Rules.

The Privacy Policy governs personal information processing during reporting, appeals and community governance.

These Community Rules and the Terms of Use apply together to community use and content governance on KBH Global.

If these Rules conflict with mandatory provisions that must apply by law, those mandatory provisions prevail.
