Reports and Feedback

1. What you can report

You can report suspected fraud, suspected unlawful transactions or content, infringement, impersonation, harassment, disclosure of personal information, spam and other breaches of community rules. You can also report page errors or provide feature feedback.

You may appeal if you disagree with an action the platform takes on content or an account. Reports, appeals and feedback do not require a paid service purchase.

2. How to submit

Where a relevant reporting option is available on the page, follow its instructions. If there is no option, it does not work or you need to provide additional material, email KBH Global’s official address: sugemima@gmail.com.

We suggest using “Report”, “Appeal”, “Infringement notice” or “Feature feedback” in the subject line. Include relevant links, the time, specific facts and reasons, necessary evidence, and contact details where you can receive a reply.

Keep original evidence and mask unrelated sensitive information about third parties. Do not try to pressure others by publicly sharing private information such as identity documents or home addresses.

3. Infringement and impersonation complaints

Explain the rights you assert, where the reported content is located, and the basis on which you or an authorised representative are entitled to make the claim. The platform may request additional necessary material to verify the dispute.

Submit truthful information. Do not fabricate evidence or use the reporting process to target legitimate competitors.

4. Handling and information protection

The platform considers the materials, community rules and applicable requirements. It may request more information and, as appropriate, retain content, restrict its display, withhold it pending review, delete it or restrict an account.

A report does not guarantee removal, and receiving a report does not mean the other party has been found to have acted unlawfully. Insufficient evidence or complex circumstances require further verification.

Where necessary, a summary of the complaint may be shared with the relevant party so they can respond. The reporter’s identity and personal information in the materials are handled according to necessity and the Privacy Policy. They should not be publicly disclosed unless required by law or genuinely necessary to handle the matter. Absolute anonymity in all circumstances is not promised.

5. How to appeal

Send your account UID, relevant links, the action notice or time, your grounds for appeal and additional evidence to sugemima@gmail.com. Explain what you want reviewed.

If an error is verified, the relevant content or account status should be corrected, along with any resulting platform service problems. Deadlines for responses and appeals, and any extensions, follow the community rules, the action notice and applicable law.

6. Transaction disputes and platform service issues

For disputes between trading parties about payment for goods, delivery, transport or product quality, retain contracts, communications and payment evidence, and seek resolution from the actual trading party, payment service provider or competent authority. The platform may act on content or accounts under its rules, but does not thereby become a guarantor of the transaction.

If KBH Global incorrectly deducts K Coin, a platform technical issue prevents a service from being performed or taking effect after a deduction, or an incorrect platform action causes a service problem, the issue will be verified and corrected under the Paid Services Rules. Restoring the K Coin deducted in error is the general rule. If the service can be properly provided again and it is appropriate to proceed with it, that is also an option.

For immediate danger or suspected crime, promptly contact local emergency services or law enforcement.
